Hello, I'm Govinda Priya. Having been inspired by beautiful people, stories, and life experiences, I began my spiritual quest in my early teenage years.
Apart from being a spiritual enthusiast, I am a holistic health coach,  an accomplished mind-body healer. Being qualified in health, nutrition, essential herbs, oils, and energy healing, and lifestyle coaching, my passion has been helping others find balance and inner peace through lifelong physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
As a practicing mind-body healer, I have come to realize that whatever we eat, being mentally stressed or emotionally wound up, usually leads us to eat more and choose poorer-quality foods. Which intern leads us to digestive disorders. What we eat is half the story of quality nutrition. The other half of the story is who we are as eaters. With my years of learning and training, I have become a quality-focused and an efficient cook adept at preparing and plating high-energy food.
 My cooking style stems from ancient Ayurvedic and sattvic cooking principles, incorporating dishes from around the world using fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients! I am passionate to share how you all can create magic in your kitchen with dishes that will inspire and nourish you and your loved ones!
