Coconut Ice-cream

Creamy ice cream with a rich coconut flavor. A sweet treat that any coconut lover would enjoy. you will need 1 1/2 cup whipping cream 1 can evaporated milk 1 can  (15 oz) cream of the coconut 3 TBSP sugar 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut You want to make sure you use Cream of coconut and not coconut milk. If you use sweetened cream of coconut, exclude the sugar. In a bowl pour whipping cream and whip it till it forms soft peaks. Stir in the evaporated milk, cream of coconut,flaked coconut and sugar. Stir well till the sugar is dissoved. Pour into a dry container and freeze overnight. Say a little prayer and enjoy!
