This is an absolutely easy multi lentil dosa with no fermentation needed. These dosas are soo crispy and packed with proteins. A must try!!! You will need 1 cup Rice 1/4 cup Urad Dal 1/4 cup Chana Dal 1/8 cup Toor Dal 1/8 cup Yellow moong Dal 2-4 Dry chilies 1/4 tsp Hing/ Asafoetida 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds few Curry leaves Salt to taste
Method
In a bowl, add the rice, and all the dals. Wash well. Then add the chilis, curry leaves, cumin seeds, and hing.
Add about 2½ cups of water and let it soak for a minimum of 2-3 hours or overnight.
Blend to a kind of coarse paste. Transfer to a bowl, add salt and mix well.
Heat a Tawa, add a little bit of ghee. Pour a ladle full of batter and gently spread, like making a dosa. It's somewhere between a thickness of an uttapam and a dosa.
Cook on medium flame, till the edges, are brown. If you like you can flip and cook the other side too. Offer to the Lord with chutney and/ or yogurt and enjoy His mercy.
