Green Chilli Pickle

Enjoy the spicy mix of green chilies. It’s tantalizing. And a delight for your tastebuds. Try it once and you’ll want more!

You will need
Ingredients:
Green Chilies – 250 grams
Yellow Mustard Seeds – 2 TBSP
Fenugreek Seeds/Methi – 1 TBSP
Fennel seeds/Saunf – 1 TBSP
Asafoetida/Hing – 1 tsp
Mustard Oil – 4 TBSP
Turmeric Powder – 2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1tsp (optional) Coriander powder -1 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1 lemon
Vinegar- 2 TBSP
Salt – 1.5 tsp
Method First of all, remove the crown of chilies and wash and pat them dry on a kitchen towel. Now slit them , and cut into 2 pieces. Now add the juice of 1lemon and Vinegar to the chilies. Add salt mix them well and keep aside. Coarsely crush fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds ,and mustard seeds. If you using already crushed seeds then skip this step. Heat mustard oil,add hing, turmeric powder ,and coriander powder and coarsely crushed seeds. Mix them well and then add green chilies. Now mix them properly and store your pickle in a glass jar.
