Mango Aloe smoothie

This Mango Aloe vera juice has many health benefits for all types of ailments, both simple and chronic. This is a sure shot constipation reliever. The gel from one leaf of Aloe vera + 1 cup water

OR 6 oz of store-bought Aloe Vera drink + 1/2 cup water


1-inch piece of ginger coarsely chopped

1 TBSP Flaxseed

Juice of 1 lemon

1 mango (without skin) chopped

A pinch of Pink Himalayan salt


Method


Add all these ingredients to a blender to make a smoothie.

Best is to consume within an hour of blending.
