Mango Ice-cream

Our summers are definitely incomplete without Mangoes and Ice cream and of course Mango Ice cream. This easy ,rich, silky recipe is a must try. I have shared this recipe with several friends, spiritual seekers and all have always raved about it.





This is one of the easiest recipes I have ever shared, Let's make it together and offer it to the Lord with love.


You'll need

900 ml heavy cream 1 can evaporated milk 2 can sweetened condensed milk 1 can  mango pulp 1tsp Mango essense ( optional)

I wish I could live dairy free, however I am not ready to be a vegan yet. I am praying that we all may offer wonderful milk preparations that are not a product of cruelty. Looking forward to a self sufficient sustainable community. However for now I prefer to use this whipping cream,it has no unnecessary ingredients. Pour the cream into a bowl, whip it till it forms soft peaks.  Add the evaporated milk and condensed milk and mix well. Gently stir in the mango pulp, mix well till all the ingredients have combined well. Pour into a container and freeze for about 10 to 12 hours or until solid. 




Serving Tip: About half an hour before serving, place the ice cream in the refrigerator to soften slightly. Say a little prayer and enjoy!!
