Peaches and Cream Ice-cream

This rich combination is to die for. The richness from the cream cheese and the exotic taste of fully ripened peaches, chilled and smothered together, can be very hard to resist.






What you will need

4 cups peaches peeled and diced 4 ounces cream cheese (softened) 1 cup whole milk 1 cup heavy whipping cream 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 teaspoons vanilla extract


Method

In a bowl add the peeled and diced peaches along with the granulated sugar. Stir well till the sugar is mixed in. Slightly mash some of the pieces to form a semi solid puree and leave some bite size pieces.





In another bowl whip the cream cheese till light and fluffy.


Now in the 3rd bowl add whipping cream along with Vanilla essence and whip it till it form soft peaks.

Mix ingredients from all the three bowls.Stir well, till nicely blended. Pour the contents in a dry container and freeze it overnight.

Say a little prayer and relish!
